Marriage is half your deen - but no one said it was easy! In this intensive, we're working to cultivate healthy, connected, deen centered marriages through a variety of tools: marriage diagnostic, communication assessment, emotional intimacy barometer, spiritual cohesion and aspiration appraisal.


This session also focuses on re-ignighting connection, assessing trauma bonds or the impact of unhealed trauma and family dysfunction on the relationship. Very often, we have to "unlearn", in order to experience successful relationships. Customized action plan going forward. 



"Save Yourselves and Your Families" Family Alignment Intensive 

Healing and cultivating our families is the amaanah... the work of our lifetime - and will be the legacy we leave behind.


The focus of this intensive is to work towards an emotionally healthy, morally elevated, deen focused family unit. We'll do this by Identifying family values/aspirations (legacy) as well as roadblocks to implementation, assess opportunities for spiritual integration, setting and managing family routines in a purposeful manner, boundaries with children and extended family, working towards emotional safety and family cohesion (based on the Prophetic model), and implementing an "Allah first" (Ihsan) model in the family.




"Heal Thyself" Emotional/Spiritual Healing & Alignment Intensive
