~ Guidance in creating a daily "Soul Affirmation" to support your healing and release around the day's specific topic.

~ Writing Prompts to create a daily "Soul Commitment", detailing what activities, mindset, behaviors or emotions you commit to engage in, let go of, or add in order be in empowered action around your healing and release.

~ Support in developing a personal "Soul Dua" to underpin and support your desired state of being in each area. Allah is truly the Healer of hearts.
